Hi,

Before my twenties, I spent my time doing sport. I stopped it during my studies. I get a stressful job. And then my weight increased.
15 years later my weight was multiplied by 2. I have always tried to limit weight gain but without success.

Now I have 2 children and want to be able to play with them more than 5 minutes.

I hope I will find here an help to reach my goal.

    You came to the right place. You can do this. It is not a diet, You just keep track of what you eat. And try to get some excercise. Excercise can be anything that gets you to move. Taking your kids for a walk, or walking your dog, yard work. Just find something that gets you to move more. The diary is a great tool. It been a big help to me. You can do this.
