New to MFP looking for some friends!

I'm new on here but love it already!! I discovered that my most difficult thing with weight loss is food. Not just eating too much but eating too little, not enough times a day and eating the wrong things. I tried using SparkPeople which was nice but not quite what I was looking for. MFP seems more my speed and seems to work a lot quicker! I find I do so much better with friends and encouragement and love giving it as well. If you guys have any tips as well I'd love to hear it!
