I am getting really close to my goal weight, but I still have these two globs of fat (I think it's fat) right under each breast. What is this? Is it normal? How can I get rid of them? Thanks! :/

  • try a shapewear bra... one of the ones that have the 2-3" panel under the bust. i have one and it's slowly making that whole area smaller. not a quick fix it but it works

I know what you mean! I'm still pretty heavy but I've noticed them on my body too..... I'm not sure what they are but I agree, I think they're fat... and weird.

If anyone has an answer I'd be interested. I imagine they'll go away/tone up with exercise.

I call them under teets. there is really no getting rid of them, you just need a good bra and great sense of humor!

Yep, I have those too. I was hoping they'd diminish as I lost weight, but not sure. I know all the people in my family have slight protrusions there, but not permanent globs of fat. Hopefully they'll get smaller, but not sure specifically what to do about it.
  • Bump! I have them. The one on the left is much larger than the right. I have noticed that they are reducing as I lose weight but not really sure which exercise on the circuit is contributing to the shrinking!

Keep losing weight and you'll see them slim away.

My guess is oblique exercises, like trunk twists and junk. Under teets...thats funny...not that you have extra fat, but the name itself. ;)
