Hello everyone! So I went through and took all of the numbers from the last spreadsheet that Heather had posted, and then went through and collected all the weigh-ins since that spreadsheet and I made a new Excel spreadsheet with all of our information. At work, where I have been working on this, I do not have access to google docs (my employer has that website blocked for some reason), so I will play around with google docs later and try to get it similar to what Heather had.

The hardest part is over….transferring all of the weigh-ins individually, looking at the old google doc on my cell phone lol, so hopefully I should have all of our results up there later tonight :) I noticed we lost a lot of people weighing-in, so if you stopped weighing-in because there was no more spreadsheet, feel free to update your weight either on here or in my inbox and I will update the information for these next few weeks :)

I tried to copy all the information over exactly, but if there are any major mistakes when I post it later, be sure to let me know :)

We’re in the final stretch of this challenge! I will have the column for “Total Weight Lost During the Challenge” and I am also adding a column for “% of Weight Lost During the Challenge” because I know that as we get closer to our overall goals, the weight doesn’t seem to come off as quickly. That way we can compare to one another! Congrats for sticking with us so far!!! You are all All Stars!!! Check back later for my post with the new spreadsheet :)

I didn't have permission to access the spreadsheet. I have now requested permission, so you may get a request from Jennieam. However its possible that others are having the same problem, so I thought I'd post the comment.

YIKES!!!! I haven't posted since just after Thanksgiving, and it's already Christmas time!! Time sure has gotten away from me!!

    SW: 263.8
    9/26/2011: 261.8
    10/3/2011: 262.4
    10/10/2011: 258.8
    10/17/2011: 259.8
    10/24/2011: 259.2
    10/31/2011: 257.8
    11/7/2011: 256.8
    11/14/2011: 256.4
    11/21/2011: 255.0
    11/28/2011: 253.4
    12/20/2011: 250.4

and that number will be lower next week too (just this morning was 249.2)! YAY!! It helped that I had the flu, followed by a tooth infection, then a tooth pulled, and stitches in my mouth for a week. Although I haven't exercised much, I've had to watch everything that I've eaten!! Hoping to hit a few more pounds before New Years!! Regardless, I haven't been at 250lbs in at least 5 years!! I wanted to cry!

Would anyone be interested in joining a Group if I create one and having another challenge for the New Year? I joined a group a group that is having a Challenge from January 2nd to June 22nd (approx 25 Weeks), but there are a lot of restrictions that they want you to to follow in addition to having a goal weight you're trying to attain.

So I was thinking of starting a Group, similiar to this discussion that we had for our New Year New Us Challenge, where we again have a weight goal that we are trying to reach (such as lose 25lbs in 25 weeks or something like that), but also, with the group, I think we will be able to have more discussions during the challenge such as: What workouts are you currently doing? What's working for you? What are you struggling with? Things like that. We can decide what kind of time frame we would like to have....Do we want to make the challenge 25 weeks long? Do we want to shorten it to 20? Do we want to reach a certain goal by the end of a certain month or holiday? And again, I will keep track of weigh-ins on a spreadsheet so we can keep track of our progress.

Let me know if any of you would be interested in that, and if so, I'll get to work on creating the group so we can hopefully start soon....possibly even starting it the same day we finish this challenge to keep the momentum going :) Hope you're all havign a great day!!

Thanks, I can access the spreadsheet now.

In the lead-up to Christmas, I have become very tired, and its been a challenge to continue to eat healthy foods, so its great to see how much we have accomplished over the last few months.

Well done everyone, and thanks cmg4721 for brining the spreadsheet up to date. :flowerforyou: .
