Hi
I am a 31 year old Mum to two energetic kids who are 4 and 18 months. I am fairly active, playing netball 3-4 times a week. My biggest problem is that I am home all day with two little ones and I just eat because I am close to the fridge/cupboard! That's the only reason! I am hoping to get some motivation to change my eating habits and become a little healthier Any suggestions on how to stop my feet moving towards the kitchen would be much appreciated!

Hey there! I stopped buying junk food so when I go to the kitchen, the only snacks are celery, almonds, etc. I also try to wait to make sure that I'm actually hungry and not just bored. Maybe try logging all of your food for the day ahead of time and then you won't want to eat anything that wasn't planned. Best of luck to you!0
