When I completed my food for today it says I need more calorie intake but I didn't have any protein left so what has no protein?

    1. you're probably fine if you go over on protein a little. The default setting is a little low imho.
    2. That said, try some fresh fruit.

I think it's fine to be a little over on protien. It is really hard to keep everything under. Finding out what works best for your body will take awhile. I know it's a big debate but... I've been losing steadily and am almost there. I think you should keep your net calories as close to 1200 as possible. Healthy choices = healthy losses.
