Hey! I am Anna. I grew up very heavy, but lost about 100 pounds ten years ago. I kept it off for several years, until I had two babies and a myriad of fertility treatments. I gained thirty pounds in three months during the treatments and have had a terrible time trying to get rid of it! I am also currently working on my PhD in Health Education and Health Promotion. I would like people to look at me and know that I am practicing what I preach when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. I have all the knowledge I need to do this, but I feel like I could use some encouragement/support.
