Jacket Potato topping

So... what do we like on our jacket potatoes/baked potatoes ?

Fed up of the usual baked beans or tuna mayo - any other suggestions ??

    Salsa, diced onions and a dollop of ff sour cream

    Try a sweet potato or yam, diced up with onion, salt, pepper, garlic, italian seasonings, a little bit of lemon juice. Saute it until the sweet potato is soft.

    This is a lot better for you than a russet potato and less calories.

    I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, salt, pepper and a dollop of light sour cream. Some grated romano cheese is also good. :)

    Cottage cheese and pepper, salsa, cheesey frozen veggies

    A hefty dollop of real butter and pepper.

    I also like chili or salsa on them sometimes.
