Hi! I'm Rachel. I'm new to this website, which by the way, already is keeping me motivated. But I'm no newbie to tracking food and exercise and all that jazz I think this is gonna be a great tool to keep my progress going. I've been stuck at the same weight for the past couple weeks now.
But, I'm a fan of weight training and muscle building so I do understand that muscle is a part of my weight fluctuation all the time. Hopefully I'll learn some new things here to hit a breakthrough!

Welcome. Does not look like you have to lose much but like I say it is not about losing weight it is about getting and being healthy. Good luck and have fun with it :drinker:0
