Here's something a little different for breakfast! It's not the most exciting thing in the world but you can probably add some things to make it a little tastier.
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 Tbs. raisins
1Tbs. flour
1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 baking powder
1 Tbs. Splenda or sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix all the ingredients together and spoon 1 large mound onto the cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Makes 1 cookie. 356 Calories, Total fat 2.3, Protein 20g
If you want a crisper cookie, divide batter in half and make two or three cookies. This is very filling and it's all you will need for breakfast.
