I have been dieting for forty years-since the age of thirteen. I have completed programs and reached goal weight several times. My BMI indicates that I should lose fifty pounds although my doctor would be happy if I lost thirty. I cancelled my last appointment because I did not want to face it. I want to focus on one day at a time-log in, track the food, excercise, and make positive life choices on a more consistent basis. I thank you in advance for your support.
