Daft Punk's Discovery or Alive albums are my faves right now.
Also, there are a few 2manyDJs mix sets that run for around an hour each that you can find online - they're great if you like house music/mashups.
And Slipknot's Vol. 3 (Subliminal Verses) is awesome too if you like metal.0 -

When I'm running on the road/trails, or lifting at the gym, I listen to The Streets, Matisyahu, or Abd-al Malik, usually. Upbeat, and I like listening to songs I can sing along to in my head!
When I'm at the gym on a cardio machine, I watch TV shows/movies-- my iPod has about 100GB of Top Gear, The Office, and various James Bond movies! It really makes the time go by quickly, especially when I place my iPod over the readout where it tells me how much time is left or how many miles I've done :]0 -
Nickelback-Hero
Lady Gaga-The Edge
Bruno Mars-Grenade
Cee lo Green- Forget you
Creed-Arms wide open

Believe it or not, Disney's Hercules: I can go the distance! It gives me courage to run the extra mile!

I actually don't listen to anything when I run, it helps me control my breathing.
However, when I do strength training, I listen to a lot of Deftones.
It relaxes me and gets me pumped up at the same time. So awesome!!0 -
Ooooh yes, moves like jagger! I have been dancing to that! SO HOT! LOL I dislike Maroon 5 so much, but it's a great pop song!0
