In a recent study to show that sitting is bad for you, British researchers found that for every hour you sit in front of the TV, you cut your life expectancy down by nearly 22 minutes -- the same effect as smoking two cigarettes. Another recent study from Taiwan has shown that just 15 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per day can be enough to increase your life expectancy by three years. Source: Science Daily http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2011/08/110816112130.htm
So in looking at the math of all this, my question to you is this: If a person could watch TV while running on a treadmill indefinitely, that person could live forever...??? LOL :P
Food for thought...

I like the way you think! What if you were watching football with a beer while on the treadmill? How does that math work out? :drinker:0
