the fine line between indulgence and overeating.

Were is the line drawn?! i have been tryattempting to loose weight for months and i am maintaining, even though i exersize evry day i eat 1,300 cal and i maintain but eat 2,000 cal and i gain a pound. so mabey overeating for me are the little indulgences i convince myself normal people eat like a muffin, or a bagel, or a juice box and it messes my whole thing up. Is it better to cut back cold turkey or is it better to give yourself one "treat" a week?
