I took the advice of the article on here in regards to eating enough. I know we were warned we would gain weight but I did gain weight, and I am so discouraged. I ended up eating horribly the past four days.
I am trying to get myself to go work out right now, but feeling like it won't make a difference.
I know you girls are awesome motivators. I need some love!

Ok you want motivation?? Drink your water! Fill that bottle back up and get out there and work your little butt off!! Move it move it move it!! :bigsmile: You can do this so do NOT give up!!!0

Remember that say "Today is the first day of the rest of your life" Well today is also the day you start over. So you messed up. It's in the past and what you do today is what matters.
Get your workout in, drink your water, log your foods, try to make most of them healthier choices than you would normally make.
Then tomorrow get up and do it again!0 -
Thanks girls! You know what is real hard is I stopped drinking soda years ago, I don't knosh on potato chips I have skimmed back on coffee by a TON! I feel guilty when I do indulge in a nice tasty flavored coffee. My biggiest weakness is chocolate. It just gets frustrating when I read so many articles they say if you get rid of all of the calorie packed drinks that will help, however I mostly drink water and sometimes milk. I drink tea ( I do add a little milk and a little honey)0
