Hello, Im new and would like friends

Im into my fourth week with MFP and could use some encouragment. So far I have managed to lose 7 lbs. following the program. I plan to adopt my new healthy habits until I reach my desired weight. Im in it for the long run and would love to make friends with like ideas in mind that I can share my triumphs with. Please add me :flowerforyou:

    Thank you. Congratulations to both on your weight loss. Im so excited Im finally on my way to a healthier life, and not just thinking about it, like I did for so long. It will be lots of fun cheering each other on.
