What do you log it as in your exercise. I just want it to be rough outline is all.
i know its best to have a heart rate monitor but i don't have one yet.

    I log it as 20 minutes of circuit training. I don't have a hrm either but I do want one.

    i time out the amount of time spend walking and then the time jogging and log them seperate
