Hi everyone !

It's day 1 of my fitness journey. I'm Nancy from Sonoma, California. Any Napa Valley or Sonoma fitness trekkies want to join me?

    Hello, My name is kristin and the 30th of this month marks 1 month I have been on my diet plan. I just found this website tonight and I love it so far. Very neat how it tracks your food and exercise. I like. Well I don't really know much else about this site since I joined only about 15 minutes ago lol.
