I wasn't home to weigh in the morning...I was still in Florida, and even when I weighed in when I got home I was still up a bit
Today I was under calories and had 8 cups of water. Didn't do my exercises tonight but I plan on doing day 1 and 2 tomorrow. I am back from vacation and ready to get back on track!!0 -

MONDAY SEPTEMBER 26th,
Hi guys, I'm back to finish September and continue in October!
I wasn't here those past days, because I had alot going on lately...
- Too much photoshoot contracts (Vanessa Paradis, Johnny Depp wife, 2 other movie premiers) plus my full time other job.
- Boxe, tennis and cake decorating lessons for a total of 4 nights/week...
- Learn the unexpected death of a friend
- Organized a surprise birthday party for my boyfried
- Food for 30 persons for the party
Well, I know theres no good reason to didn't give you news from me, but I guess a lost my fitness priorities over those. Sorry guys to letting you and me down.
BUT, Monday, I did :
DAY 1
Walk 3.1 Miles = OK
100 Jumping Jacks = OK
100 Crunches = OK
40 Toe Touches = OK
5 burpees = OK
ABS CHALLENGE 100 / 400
WATER OVER 10 = OK
CALORIES = Busted

@cath - YES! I think that's a great idea since we had 2 new people join us last week - I was trying to figure out a way to make it even for them in the contest - SO THANKS for suggesting this !!

I also got in the 5k today spread out over 3 different walks.... sheesh!!
Went to my first tap dance class tonight..... FUN!!! I think I'm going to like it!
I'm also starting to put together the challenge for October - so be thinking about if you want to go another month.... let me know. I think I am going to change things up quite a bit and use google docs so you can all enter your own weight and points for the challenges on the "shared" spreadsheet. You can check it out here if you want to get a sneak peak... (remember, I'm still putting it all together)...... also, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. :drinker:

I'm thinking that I'm going to branch away from doing the set exercises and just set calorie (burned) goals. That way, you can do whatever exercises you want to do - and just report the total calories burned for that day. The "goals" will obviously increase each week.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28TH,
I went to a funeral yesterday to say goodbye to a friend who passed away. He was 40, had cholesterol and high pressure and didn't take seriously the doctor and the pills he was suppose to take... He had an heart stroke and died alone at home untill a week later he was found dead by policeman.
I'm sharing this story for 2 reasons:
1- Never take for granted the one you loves and show them that you love them while they are around. Enjoy life!
2- We are all here for the same reason: lose weight. But we shoud do it of course to look better, but the main focus should be to stay healthy as long as possible. We only have one body and should take care of it carefully to stay with the one we loves as long as possible.

Hey all,
Sorry, this has been a busy week for me...new pc YES!!! Just in time for mid terms...grrr. Even tho I haven't been on here doesn't mean that I have let myself forget about the team or the challenges (competitive streak in me won't let me ;p). I have been under calories all week, drank enough water to fill a good sized pool (Mon- 13; Tues-11; Wed-14 and today so far-10) and have done the exercises for week 4 ..yes all of them!
I have only gotten through Monday and Tuesday of week five, but look out...I am so gonna win this week!!

Aye, aye, aye...yesterday was nutso, but everything was done. Today, I just need to finish logging and do the challenges (pygmy). Already hit the water for today. Yay me! ;-)0
