Hi all my fellow MFPers :flowerforyou: Would like a little help. :blushing:

I am a housekeeper and do about 4 hours of light cleaning 5 days a week ,for my weight, age etc I burn 750 odd calories each day, that is besides the 50 minutes of dog walking everyday too, seems almost impossible.
I get 1200 calories and then add 750 calories housework plus walking at 260 calories, it takes me well over 2200 :noway: calories a day I can't possible eat all these calories :grumble: I am stuck  for the last 5 weeks with no weight loss  can anyone please suggest something. I have been Zig zagging for the last week with no change to my weight?

Life may not be the party we hoped for :grumble :explode: but while we are here we might as well dance! :drinker: :blushing:"

Add some more healthy fats and lean proteins -- nuts, cheeses, and maybe a couple treats like coffee with half and half (mine), or dark chocolate. It's easy to find a few high calorie foods, just make sure they're the healthy ones.

Did you count that housekeeping as part of your daily activity when you first signed up? If I was doing 4 hours of housekeeping, I would have put myself as lightly or moderately active. If you did, then maybe you're double counting those calories.... Just a thought.

Hi :flowerforyou: and thank you for your posts.
I did put my housekeeping in when I set my settings, am I NOT supposed to add them each day aswell?.
The first 6 weeks of my journey I put them in each day (aswell as my initial settings) and I lost 10lbs but have over the last 6 weeks not lost anymore weight I am picking it up again?:noway:
PLEASE can anyone advise me as to the correct procedure to follow I am getting very frustrated :grumble:

If you counted the cleaning as part of your everyday daily activity, then no, you should not be counting it as exercise. MFP took that into account when setting up your daily needs, and included it already in the calories they gave you.

Only log extra activity that you do that is above and beyond the normal.
