Started Insanity workout yesterday.....

and I can honestly say that I am a bit frightened....if the fit test was that hard I am nervous to see what I the actualy workouts have in store for me, thought I can honestly say, I can totally see where it is going to be a really great workout and I have no doubt that if I stick to eat an use mfp for my meals, there is no way I can not succeed!! I am new to the site and the workouts...my best friend has been on me for months to try them both, but I was a gym rat....until recently when I thought...why am I continuing to pay a gym money when I can do this from the comforts of my own home for little to no cost....so please wish me luck and share any tips, I will take all the advice I can get!

    Insanity is VERY VERY VERY VERY Insane.....VERY high impact......especially once you hit the second month....it will really tone you up.....but don't let the numbers on the scale get you down, at least during the first month....b/c your body will change more than the scale will go down.....so just go with how your body is changing....and make sure you're not working out on a hard hard floor......after a while of that.....my knees started getting really sore b/c it's so high impact......but good luck.....you will get great results......

    Thanks...it definitely is a change from what I am used to...being a gym rat, and running on the treadmill and lifting weights...I think it is going to be the change that my body needs an I am excited to see how it goes!!:smile:

    I took the fit test yesterday too! I was so proud that I got 40 reps on one excercise. Then the girl in the video says she got like 125 or something. Hahaha.
