Just wondering;

Whats people's thought's on eating exercide kcals?

I eat around 1200 kcal most days (sometimes more sometimes less) but dont always eat my exercise kcals.

Ive seen posts that if you dont eat most of them your body will go into starvation - a bit over the top if you ask me, im sure it will take more than a day or 2 to starve yourself. :indifferent:

Im not always hunrgry after ive been the gym or a few hours after ive eaten my supper so i dont eat. And when i do this and my total food calories only reach est. 1000 i have comments thats im not eating enough and should have more, some good but some bad.

So my question is this should i force myself to eat even though im not hungry to make up the numbers?

    I do tend to eat between 1150 - 1300 daily.

    I just dont get what the deal is about it, I read a post just and a few people commented that you should have the 1200 as you have suggested and then you have the choice to eat ot not eat the calories you burned from exercise.

    Ill just continue with eating with when im hungry and if im feeling ill or anything i know im doing wrong and will think about upping in food intake.

    Thanks.

    I think you are listening to your body and that is the best course. Why eat if you're not hungry? You can see by your food diary you are getting enough nourishment. If you hit a spot where you're not losing, then make changes. Until then if it works for you and feels right then you're doing great!
