I learned the hard way last night that you ALWAYS, ALWAYS weigh yourself in the morning! I missed weighing in yesterday morning, so I figured - what the heck, the number won't be THAT different and weighed myself last night before I went to bed. When I saw the number, I totally freaked out! WHAT?!? How did I GAIN 4 pounds?!?

So I decided not to panic too much and just weigh myself this morning. I'm not up 4 pounds, I'm down 1!

Is it normal to have your weight fluctuate 5 pounds overnight?

    Yup!

Whatever time you chose to weigh during the day, stick to that time for every weigh in!
I weigh at 3-ish in the afternoon.

Yep, I've been known to fluctuate by 7!! I always weigh first thing in the morning, buck naked, same day of the week!
