question about calories???

I planned my dinner tonight and still have 300 calories plus 45 min of walking exercise calories to go but I am over my carbs and fat and would rather not just have a hunk of turkey or eggs....what would ya'all do in this case? Just curious.

    I'm usually always over in protein for some reason, but it's never by a huge amount and don't find that has truly caused a negative problem on my weight loss process.

    low fat cottage cheese is good.
  • really don't worry too much about carbs, fat, or protein. You don;t want to be severely deficient in any one category, but the only thing that matters for weight loss is that you use more carbs then you take in, it dosen't matter where they come from.
