i've been on mfp for about a month now, but am finding it hard to stay motivated and keeping track of my calories. i weigh between 110-115lbs, it's all over the place. i am only 5 foot even and i am looking to get down to around 105-100lbs. i am trying to get into doing yoga reguarly and going BACK vegetarian, and eventually vegan. could use some supportttt (:

Hi, I've been teaching yoga for 10 years and like you only have relatively few pounds to lose. Try adding a seated meditation daily for 5-25 min. Use guided podcasts (free) or at least a timer and have will power as your intention. Works for me when I do it every day.0
