happens to me too!! they get real "hot" feeling and tingly.. I've worn tennis shoes, open-toed athletic flip-flop type shoes, slippers, even.. always happens.0

I get it too! I also get where my feet feel super hot, like they're burning!

Happens to me too, just my toes on my right foot go numb, I just try to wiggle them when they start to go to sleep. Seems to work.0

I had that problem until I got new shoes. (Reebok Zig-Fly) I do still get that numb-y sensation towards the end of my workout but I've found that if I lift my heels it helps adjust the pressure enough for my feet to wake back up. Still super annoying!0
