I started 30DS on Monday, I've been doing well with that and counting cals. I was down 2.5lb when I checked on Friday, but I've been a bit naughty on Fri and Sat, so hoping I'm still down when I come to weigh in tomorrow:embarassed:0

Well, I'm feeling thoroughly disappointed in myself. I'm not going to put myself down as I know it's frowned upon, but it was entirely my own fault and I have no idea why I basically just ate so much. (Actually, that's untrue, I've just been reminded why, AF just arrived (a week early) so that's possibly why. Stupid nature LOL.)0

i'm glad to be feeling a lot better. I had a mini vacation, got a little sick before we left then got way sick when we got back. I've been as active as my body would let me be. But tomorrow that will change a bit I'm feeling a lot better AND WILL RE-START my 30ds
since now i'm down to 40 days before the wedding. Another awesome thing happen since I was gone. I got a belated wedding shower gift and well its a FITBIT! i'm so excited to start using that little thing!!!

I've never heard of a fitbit, just went and googled it, is it a pedometer, or is it more than that?0

a pedometer and it tracks calories burned from said steps/miles and you wear it while you sleep to measure your restfulness. I'm just getting familiar with it but the friend who bought it for me loves hers and has used it faithfully for the last 2 years and has lost about 60 lbs.0
