calorie counter and nike + really helps! what do you think?

A friend of mine recommended a heartrate monitor watch that counts calories too... my husband had one that he wasn't using so I jumped on the boat and started using it! I could not believe the world of difference it made to me exercising! It is so motivating.. then on top of that my husband told me about Nike+ was on my itouch and he got me a sensor!! it tracks your miles when you walk outside..

I have to say those two things have motivated me so much to go and exercise, I am some how more excited about exercising! As stupid as that sounds! If you have the means to get either one, it makes the world of difference!

What do you guys think?

    Yup, I feel the same way about my HRM. It's extremely motivating and I'm going harder and longer (that's what she said) since I got it.
  • i've used both this morning and i couldn't be without them!
    i'm such a nerd though, because i write down everything, average heart rate, max heart rate, time 'in the zone' but it helps motivate me

    just remember that those things are imperfect, but useful as tools.
