Hi everybody! Im new to myfitnesspal. This is my third day using the site. I mostly check in from my phone, but didn't know that this site had so much to offer. Glad I found it. Im trying to lose 60 lbs. I have my plan set up in stages by certain dates, so once I hit a plateau, I can move on the next phase, and the last phase and try to maintain that weight.

its pretty hard for me to reach my daily calorie intake cause I'm always on the go. If you have any suggestions please help me.
