Easy chicken breast recipe in a convection oven?

I need an easy recipe for bone-in breast that I can roast and keep it moist.

Anybody have any ideas?

    :happy: chicken breast in a 9x12 deep pan, cover with italian (lite or fat free) dressing, covered with foil (poke holes so it doesn't bubble over) 400 degrees for 40-45 mins, super moist!

    No, and I'm sorry I just relized that you were looking for a roasting recipe. I don't have one of those but I find alot of good recipes online at http://allrecipes.com . They have what the Nutritional Information on each recipe. Good luck!
