Hi All, I have regrouped my self together and joined a wonderful gym near my home! I am on the look out for some hard core motivation friends ( the weak not apply)..Just kidding! I give great support! I have my ups and downs like everyone else does! Thats why I love this site! Please add me If you would like! I am doing classes at the gym right now and I have done insanity...Enough said right! Yall are looking good out there Remember you are the only one who can make the change! :bigsmile:
