STARTERS - give me your updates

Hi All - I need your updates for your progress this week. Here is mine.....

# of push ups - I put 7.5 because i can do 15 girly ones but i can only go about 1/2 way down

run time - 1 minute ( i can run 1 minute intervals)

# of workouts per week - 4 (woohoo for me!!! - though it really could have been more)

this totals out to be 57% of my goal with goal being 15 push ups, 5 min run and 4 workouts per week.

let me know what yours are and I will track them for you.
