Hi I downloaded the MFP app to my phone back in Feb but only really started using it in Aug and just now am finally checking out the site. I love the new update to the app and was excited to see what the site has to offer. I'm 30 yrs old and have some heart issues so I'm trying to lose weigh safe and for good. Good luck to us all!!!

    I downloaded the app to my phone a while back too...but just logged on the site today. I think it'll help to have other people encouraging each other to be healthier. Look for my add!
