Feeling bloated

I've figured out that the best way for me to eat lunch is to break it up. I have my salad around 11 am and then my main meal around 12:30-1 depending on my schedule. It's been helping with my blood sugar.

I pre-measure my meals if it is leftovers so I know exactly how many calories. I went through a plateau recently and have learned that I need to anticipate my exercise calories (since I know I'm doing it) and eat them during the day because there is no way I can eat 800-1000 calories in the evening. So I try to eat around 600 calories for lunch.

Today for some reason I feel heavy and bloated. Not due for TOM but just feeling yucky. Trying to blame it on the rainy weather and the fact the my hubby is gone on ANOTHER business trip this week (at least he was home for the weekend).

I will not let this deter me from doing Day 4 Level 2 of 30 DS with our favorite little devil but I'm tired, headachy and feel yucky!!! Just needed some encouragement.
