    Defiantly add sodium to your list with your calories,fat etc ,i bet your going over sodium and that will make you retain water,thats the problem iam having right now i cant seem to get meals that arent loaded with tons of sodium

    Yeah for a few weeks though I wasn't eating back my calories when I would work out I didn't know I was supposed to so I started eating them back last Monday
