Wierd NSV

My wife and I and our 2 teenagers all commute together everymorning so its really hectic getting everybody out the door on time. Today my wife said I can tell your getting more fit, your not all sweaty and huffing and puffing when we leave the house. Never really noticed that, but she was right. I used to be out of breath and sweaty herding everybody out...now not so much.. .cool!!!

    That is a Happy NSV!!! I remember those days of huffing and puffing to get to the car, or just take a basket of laundry to the basement!! Keep up the great job!

    Congrats!! I remember the day I carried my 19 lb daughter and my screaming 35 lb 2 and a half year old up the stairs for bed and didn't huff and puff....cherish those moments!!

    How weird is it that I know EXACTLY what your talking about. lol. Very true.. it is a real task getting everyone up and out.. a workout indeed. Great NSV !!!! :happy:
