Hello! I am new to this and have 75ish pounds to lose. I am a married mom of a wonderful and active one year old boy. He is the love of my life! Currently I am doing a Fit Camp/Boot Camp 3 days a week with a great group of people and another day of cardio but need some motivation on the food side!
Good luck to everyone as we achieve our goals!
