Small but often?

I'm trying to gain weight .
Wich route should I take?
Eat small meals and eat often or big and the opposite.

    It really depends on how much food you can fit in your stomach at one time. I do four meals, and random snacks.

    My stomach extra full and still got 1000 cals to reach 3000

    Meal timing doesn't matter. Just eat a calorie surplus over your maintenance (TDEE) and you will gain weight. If you are doing some kind of weight resistance training you will gain a little muscle along with the fat.

    Do what works for you.
    I find if I have a big, calorific evdning meal, then no matter how satisfying it is I raid the cupboards later.
    For me, small meals and snacks spread out right up until bed time is best.
