Newbie trying to lose 15 lbs

Hi Everyone, this is my day 1 on MFP, looking to lose about 15 lbs, I've tried multiple diets before, form atkins to dukans failed every time. Hopefully MFP would be something different.

    Good Luck to you. I know the feeling, commit to do better and you will and if you have a bad day follow it with a good one. I think one of the problems we all have is that we get discouraged when things aren't going well. Set you goal and if you stumble get back up and go for it again you will make it.

    If your only looking to lose about 15pds I would try the 17 day diet last time I was on it I lost 12 pds in 17 days.

    I swear by it to everyone.

    I just got back on it yesterday im looking forward to the results :)

    Hope you find what your looking for.
