Today was a very bad day. I have been doing this cycle of weightloss since I began my Marine Corps career. I am normally around 210-215 pounds and I must be at 202 for every weigh-in. These come very randomly. To make weight, I will not eat/drink for 36 hours or so. Did the same thing the past day and a half. This morning, I blacked out and vomited from dehydration. I am tired of having to do this and want to lower my weight the healthy way. I normally exercise at least 3 days a week but my diet is pretty bad. My wife and I eat healthy meals, but then I snack on sweets all day too. Beer is also a bad part of the diet. I drink 2 beers or so a night and many more on weekends.

My goals are as follows:

1.Keep my normal daily weight @ ~ 202 by December.
2.Drink only on weekends and mimimize the amount
3.Workout 5 days week (morning on elliptical)
4.Track every item eaten, every day.

I just need help with accountability.....any volunteers?

I'd be glad to help. I am a former Marine and my husband is still active duty. I have been struggling as well and think that the more people that you have to help you, the better. Friend me if you'd like to.
