I'm Sue. I am new to MFP and I love it! I have tried so many different diets/tricks/ways to lose weight and nothing ever sticks.

I am the heaviest i have ever been and I would like to be slim again! I am overweight and i could be healthier.

I have three gorgeous children and my weight has crept up with each pregnancy and never really gone back :-)

But MFP is great. I love the exercise counter, it makes me want to walk places (while carrying my baby!) so i can log it and watch those calories add up.

I am gluten-free too, which i find is great for keeping down the snacking when out and about cos there's never anything i can bloomin' eat!!! lol ;-)
