Sky High / Trampoline "Air"obics Calories?

Anyone know how to calculate calories burned for a trampoline aerobics class without an HRM? The place's website says over 1000, but I don't believe that. Any ideas?

    I just did the sky high air'obics class yesterday! I estimated my total caloric burn to be around 300 calories for the hour long work out! (you're right, it was a BLAST!)
