Hey Everyone,
So, I'm not really sure what my issue is lately! I have been doing really bad, eating wise. I got fast food twice this weekend, and finding myself snacking on things I shouldn't! Overall, I have been eating really well, my protein is always greater than my carbs, and i'm really good with fat, sugar, and sodium. I am currently in my 3rd week of Chalean Extreme, and I know I'm loosing inches, but I just don't know what the deal is with my weight. I feel like I'm not loosing as much as I should be, but I'm just so annoyed. I really need to buckle down and eat better. I know that.
Anyone have any tips or ideas for me!?

Have you found substitutes for the things you crave? I love chips, but when I get a bad craving, I eat Special K cracker chips. You can have 30 chips for 110 calories. Keep lots of fruit around to handle sugar cravings. Granola bars to handle salty. It's just about surrounding yourself with the food that's good for you. Keep a 100 calorie pack of almonds in your purse. Make sure you're eating small portions every few hours. If you aren't starving, you'll be less likely to splurge.0

Thanks, I am eating 5 times a day, usually every 2-3 hrs. I just dont know if im gaining more muscle and boosting my metobolism that i'm just hungrier! lol. thank you for the tips! i'll have to remember to get almonds!0 -

Personally, I think it's the change in weather. Just about to get into the "hibernation mode". I have been feeling and doing the same thing as you are. My weekend was very bad and I could just kick myself for doing so. I have worked so darn hard to get where I am today.
Today, I had to pick up pizza and hoagie sandwiches for the staff. I have been craving pizza for about a month. However, I did fight it and enjoyed the aroma. lol. But, today is a new day..and I am forcing my way to get back on track. And yes...it is very hard!

Without doubt, I need to be eating more veggies. I have been slacking in that department. Do you know what the best brand is for almonds and all that!? I know you should only eat RAW....I just need to know where to get them from.....We have a trader joes , but its a good 40 minutes away from my house.....0 -

I agree! I did a 5k mud run on Sunday, burned over 1,000 calories, and wanted something bad, and the bf and i went to mcdonalds, and i had a damn quarter pounder, and my body was totally mad at me....I think i need to just stay clear from fast food, and all that, cuz i did have pizza a few times. I'm just caving, and i'm not really sure why! AHHHHH!0 -
