Hand weight exercises

Hi

Have bought some 2kg hand weights to use on the 30DS.

Would there be a benefit in doing even 10 minutes a day on simple hand weight exercises to try and tone up my arms or am I being unrealistic that this would make a difference?!

I do go to gym classes 3-4 times a week and am planning on starting 30DS tomorrow but i know i'm unlikely to do it EVERY day!

my arms seem to be a problem area and with getting married in 3 months i want to tone them up as much as poss!

Any advice would be great!

    Every little helps, I did 5 days on 30ds and noticed a difference on my arms, what else has helped me is boxing exercises on the wii. All arm exercises will hopefully tone those muscles, I cant say you will lose fat on them because our bodies are mean where they choose to lose the weight but I can say that every little does help! :) good luck x

    Body weight exercises are great for the upper body as well - push ups, tricep dips, pull ups
