Does Halloumi freeze well?

I have a darling client who brought me some halloumi cheese over from Cyprus, thing is it's ruining my diet, haha!

Does anyone know if it freezes well, especially if I was to cut it into slices pre-freezing?

    :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: It's Cypriot cheese, firm and salty but not crumbly like feta - you cangrill it and it doesn't fall apart so it's great for veggie kebabs, but equally nice just finely sliced and eaten with Greek salad! Great stuff, try it if you can!
