Thanks to my dear friend, I am now on the fast track to being fit and healthy! It is so important to believe in yourself and to push yourself. It's also very important to have people who support you while eating right and working out; it really is a lifestyle change. It's something you need to maintain for life. I really enjoy having a workout partner; we encourage each other and don't want to let one another down.

Once you start to see changes in yourself, it becomes easier to keep up with it, find different activities you can take part in; I love Zumba or asny kind of dance, Jillian Michael's, walking, etc. It's so important to find stuff to make working out fun.
