Today I hit one of my personal milestones - to be in the normal BMI catagory! I am now the lightest I have been in almost 5 years and won't have to get the lecture from my doctor about losing weight anymore! I printed out the page and stuck it on my study wall. Next time my husband tells me I am wierd I will be prepared!

I am feeling so positive about losing the rest of my extra weight! Doesn't hitting these little goals make you feel happy.

Congratulations! But for those of you who are "above average" on your BMI, don't stress too much about it. Most people who have a significant amount of muscle show as "overweight" per the BMI. In my particular circumstances (I'm 5'7" with a LEAN body mass of 148), if I have even 10 lbs of fat I would be considered overweight. In reality, with my lean mass and to maintain a 20% body fat ratio, I will have to weigh closer to 178. So if your body type goes to BMI, fabulous. If not, don't beat yourself up.
