You should try to at least eat your daily calories, especially if it's only 1,200 per day. MFP is already creating a deficit so you are already under what your body is really burning in a day.
For example, I burn an average of 1,840 per day based on the work I do (see Goals for more details), so my daily intake with an average of three 30 min workouts per week is 1,340 per day without exercise cals. Your body needs that fuel, so try to hit at least your minimum daily amount to keep that metabolism going!0
