How in the world am I supposed to take these things when they are the size of my pinky finger???! I gag on them every time. Can anyone suggest one that doesn't require a non-existant gag reflex in order to swallow it?

they have adult gummies for multivitamins...0

I bought Adult Gummy Vitamins. My daily multi-vitamin tab (especially One-A-Day) used to make me nauseous. With the gummies, not a problem.0

Cut them in half!
HAHAHAHAHA! You get used to it but in the meantime this might be your best option...though gummy vitamins are pretty tasty0 -
I take 2 Flinstones every morning.0

Yep, I do the adult gummies as well. It's like a treat!0

If the gummies are too expensive, see if you can find smaller pills. I was gagging on those Generic one-a-day but now have it much easier since I started taking Centrum Silver knockoffs.0

I take a gummy multivitamin... they're called Vitafusion MultiVites. They're really tasty and you don't have to worry about swallowing a damn pill!
They sell a big bottle at Costco.
Hope this helps!0 -
Gummies are a good option!! They now make them for multi's, calcium and omega 3/fish oil.
Also, you can take 2 regular Flintstone vitamins (the old school kind with iron), and this would give you your daily RDA's as well.0 -
I actually have the same problem. I found a woman vitiman from Whole Foods. It's RAW for woman multivitiman. That's all I can remember with the name. But, I can swallow it and it I am happy with the way it makes me feel. No problems like with other ones I have tried. Good Luck0

I used to take Animal Pak, but now I take Orange Triad which is better IMO.0

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I've tried cutting them in half, but then the taste is overwhelming and I still gag on them.
Looks like I may have to scope out the gummies!
Thanks again.0
