    That could be true...

    But you know what's really stressful?

    - being a big fat *kitten*,
    - feeling like a big fat *kitten*,
    - trying to find clothes while a fat *kitten*,
    - crying yourself to sleep cause you're a fat *kitten*,
    - listening to other comment on how fat your fat *kitten* is,
    - heart failure... that's stressful
    - not fitting into the booth or theater chair...... also a lil stressful...

    Yeah.. that's fricken stress. MFP logging?... not so much.

    Everyone can get stressed from day to day,but it is on how we handle it. As for me I am not going to let stress keep me from losing weight.It maybe going slow for me, but I have noticed for example.A friend of mine showed me MFP about 2 months ago,when I first started logging in all my calories I lost 4 lbs in like the first two weeks.Then I got lazy and stopped...I would get online and log on breakfast.Then forget the rest of the day.Guess what ? I gained it all back.So 5 days ago I started logging again on MFP and have dropped 4 pounds.So I plan to stick with it and know that I will get great results! so for me, MFP is a great site to get great results!
